SoFlo Prospects, LLC d/b/a Camino con Nav ("Camino con Nav," "we," "us") plans and sells Camino de Santiago trips. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to caminoconnav.com, our booking pages, and our conversations with you by email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: name, email, phone number, and city or state.
• Booking details: traveler names, date of birth, room preferences, roommate requests, emergency contact, and the details on your passport when our hotels or ground team in Spain require them.
• Trip needs you choose to share: dietary needs, accessibility needs, or health information relevant to walking the Camino. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.
• Travel insurance details: your provider and policy number, which our participant agreement requires.
• Messages: what you send us through forms, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or a scheduled call.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our booking platform, WeTravel, and its payment processors. We do not see or store your full card or bank account number.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our hosting provider and any analytics tools may collect standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the site that referred you. Our site may use cookies for basic site function and analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

2. How we use your information

• To answer your questions and send the trip information you request.
• To book, confirm, and manage your trip, including hotels, luggage transfers, meals, and transfers in Spain.
• To process payments, send receipts, and handle cancellations or changes.
• To keep you safe on the trip, for example by contacting your emergency contact in an emergency.
• To send pre-trip information, such as packing lists, training plans, and group updates.
• To send occasional news and offers if you sign up. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations and to protect our rights.

3. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to deliver your trip and run our business:

• Our ground team and suppliers in Spain (hotels, luggage and transfer services, restaurants, and local support) receive the details needed to provide your services. Your information is transferred to and handled in Spain and the European Union for this purpose.
• Service providers that help us operate, such as WeTravel (bookings and payments), Calendly (call scheduling), our email and website hosting providers, and WhatsApp or Meta (messaging).
• Insurance or emergency providers, if needed during an emergency on your trip.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the safety or rights of travelers, our business, or others.

4. Photos and video

We may take photos and video during trips and use them in our marketing. Our participant agreement explains this and lets you opt out at any time by emailing info@caminoconnav.com.

5. How long we keep information

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to deliver your trip and as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, generally up to seven years. We delete or anonymize other information when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to remove you from our mailing list at any time.

6. How we protect information

We use reputable platforms with security safeguards and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send card numbers or passport images by email or chat unless we ask for them through a secure method.

7. Your choices and rights

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or update it.
• Ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email info@caminoconnav.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. Travelers under 18 may join a trip only with a parent or legal guardian, who provides their information. We do not knowingly collect information from children online.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
